Duck Donuts Opening Location in East Meadow
A new Long Island location of Duck Donuts is opening on Hempstead Turnpike in East Meadow. This would be the fourth spot for the donut shop that got its start in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Duck Donuts is currently open in Garden City Park, Hauppauge and Selden.
The East Meadow spot is in the old location of Cheaper Peepers eyeglass store at 2334 Hempstead Turnpike in the Meadowbrook Shopping Center that is also home to Uncle Giuseppe’s Supermarket, Chipotle and Consumers Kitchens & Baths.
A page on the company website announces that the East Meadow location is coming soon.
Duck Donuts, which opened its first locations in 2007 in the beach resort towns of Duck and Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, has more than 100 locally owned and operated shops across 23 states, Puerto Rico and two international locations.
