The annual Local Oyster Showcase takes you on a walk around interactive tasting flight of 6 Sparkling Pointe wines each paired with a selection of LI Oysters. Learn about oyster terroir (merroir) with this exciting opportunity to taste 6 different local oysters and meet the people who grow and cook with them.
This year’s line up includes: Founders Oysters, Peconic Golds, Oysterponds, Fire Island Blues, Violet Cove, Claudio’s First & South, Frisky Oyster, Fyr & Salt, North Fork Shack, and more!
Ticket includes a walk around tasting flight of 6 Sparkling Pointe wines paired with a two dozen combination of raw and prepared oysters.
