Recently, MoCA Asian Bistro revealed three new summer cocktails pouring at their Long Island restaurants.

The highlighted cocktails on the summer menu include:

Blue Hue – A concoction featuring a mix of blue curaçao, fresh lemon juice, and prosecco. Served in a champagne glass and garnished with edible glitter and a lemon wheel.

Strawberry Sake Cooler – Embracing the sweetness of strawberries, this cocktail is a blend of premium sake, vodka, yuzu juice, and strawberry puree. Garnished with fresh mint leaves and strawberry slices.

Enter the Dragon – A bold and fiery creation, this cocktail combines Hendrick’s Gin, dragon fruit slices, lemon juice, and pink lemonade.

“Independence Day holds a special place in our hearts, and we are thrilled to celebrate this occasion with our valued guests,” said a representative of MoCA Asian Bistro. “At MoCA, we strive to create an experience that not only delights the taste buds but also fosters a sense of community and appreciation for our shared heritage. We invite everyone to join us as we honor this historic day.”
