MoCA Asian Bistro Pouring Three New Summer Cocktails
MoCA Asian Bistro’s mixologists have cooked up three new summer cocktails at their Long Island locations.
“Each drink tells a unique story, taking guests on a delightful journey of taste and discovery,” said a representative of the company.
The drinks offer Asian-inspired twists, according to the restaurant.
The highlighted cocktails on the summer menu include:
Blue Hue – A concoction featuring a mix of blue curaçao, fresh lemon juice, and prosecco. Served in a champagne glass and garnished with edible glitter and a lemon wheel, Blue Hue is a visually stunning and tropical delight that is meant to transport guests to an island paradise.
Strawberry Sake Cooler – Embracing the sweetness of strawberries, this cocktail is a blend of premium sake, vodka, yuzu juice, and strawberry puree. Garnished with fresh mint leaves and strawberry slices, the Strawberry Sake Cooler is the perfect balance of fruity and light flavors.
Enter the Dragon – A bold and fiery creation, this cocktail combines Hendrick’s Gin, dragon fruit slices, lemon juice, and pink lemonade. Each sip unveils a symphony of tantalizing tastes, where the delicate botanical notes of Hendrick’s Gin intertwine with the exotic sweetness of dragon fruits.
“We are excited to introduce our new summer cocktail menu,” said a representative at MoCA Asian Bistro. “Our mixologists have carefully crafted these cocktails to showcase the vibrant flavors of the season while incorporating our signature Asian twist.”
MoCA Asian Bistro has locations in Forest Hills, Hewlett, Woodbury and will be opening soon in Westbury.
