New Starbucks Planned For Old Country Road in Hicksville
A new Starbucks is coming to Hicksville, as first reported by Long Island Business News.
A development group purchased a .57-acre site at 506 W Old Country Rd, Hicksville, for $2 million according to a real estate listing, where they will be constructing a 2,500-square-foot store for the coffee chain. The property was previously home to Lemon Auto Sales, and the existing 2,700-square-foot building was demolished to make way for the new development. A listing on Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Real Estate website said the property was sold in June.
Starbucks’ Hicksville location is expected to open by the spring of next year.
