Chef Julius Miranda & Alex Fiorentino began working together in 2012 in a Classic Italian restaurant in Atlantic City New Jersey. Life took the two of them to the opposite coasts of the country working on their careers. Now in 2021 the two are working together again at Casarecce Italian. We were taught & believe that things should be the classic way. All our pastas will be Handmade. All sauces from fresh ingredients not stocks. All produce will come from as locally as we can source it. In addition to our high standards in the kitchen we believe that hospitality is a mentality, and you are our guests from the minute you walk in our door, until we thank you and see you again either here at Casarecce Italian or Meritage Wine Bar.
