Willy’s Margaritas Cafe Closes Hicksville Location

Willy’s Margaritas Cafe in Hicksville has shut its doors. The outpost, located at 392 Woodbury Rd in the Woodbury Road Shoppes, is reportedly closed as of Sunday, January 26th.

Attempts to reach the restaurant by phone have gone unanswered, and when we contacted the Port Jefferson location, a representative there confirmed that the Hicksville spot is no longer open. However, as of this writing, online sources still list the restaurant as operational.

This news comes after the Port Jefferson Station location of Willy’s Margaritas Cafe temporarily closed earlier in 2024 due to code issues with Brookhaven Town. That location has since reopened, but it’s unclear if the Hicksville closure is part of a broader shift for the chain.

The restaurant is known for its Mexican menu, cocktail bar featuring a vibrant atmosphere, and live entertainment.

We reached out to a representative of the restaurant for comment and are awaiting a reply regarding the reason for the Hicksville closure.
